To complete assignment B you should use sketching and annotation to create a range of annotated design solutions and then evaluate them carefully against each point in your sepcification.
From there use the evaluation information and your own design decisions to develop a design solution that accounts for all of the specification points.
Explain through annotations and design documentation such as production plans.
Once you have a final sketched solution that you are happy meets the specification requirements model this using a CAD package and produce a fully compliant technical drawing to ISO or BSI standards.
