Maintainance of an engineered product:

The examples below show work from a student completing the level 1/2 B-tec between 2016 and 2018. The assignment set was to work out a maintance schedule, tooling, process and log sheet etc for the stripping down and oiling maintainance of a standard air compressor. 

 

Shown below each set of criteria are marked worked example that you can use to guide your own work towards a maintainance task. Please be advised that the nature and type of maintainance needed to complete this module sucessfully is likely to be set by the educational centre that you are attending and is unlikely to be on the same machine.
